Multi-media filter                        

Material: SS304 stainless steel (Food grade)/FRP

Components: Water distributor, water gather, pressure gauge, filtration materials, valves and so on.

Filter medium: Sand

Specification: 1-2mm、2-4mm、4-8mm、8-12mm

Function: When the water passes through the filter, the particles, suspended matter, humus and colloidal particles are stopped by high quality quartz sand, which reduces the turbidity of the water and improves the clarity of the water, and also protects the subsequent equipment. This machine can realize its own backwashing by manual/automatic valve device to prolong the life of filter media. 

Activated carbon filter

Material: SUS304 stainless steel (Food grade)/FRP

Components: Water distributor, water gather, pressure gauge, filtration materials, valves and so on.

Filter medium: Activated carbon 

Water quality after treatment: need to meet standard for living drinking water

Function: Removal of oxidizing media and organic matter, colloidal particles, humus and other impurities in the water body that have degradation effect on the reverse osmosis membrane and are likely to cause clogging of the membrane. 

Duplex Sodium Ion Exchanger (softeners)                                      

Material: SS304 stainless steel (Food grade)/FRP

Filtrate medium：001×7 positive resins                      

Function: The Na+ of resin itself exchanges with Ca+Mg+ ions of water resources to soften water quality, reduce water hardness and prevent scale formation. A backup, automatic regeneration to achieve backwashing and forward washing.

Precision filter (or security filter)

This filter is a small tank made of stainless steel with a precision filter membrane that removes particles larger than 5μm from the water, preventing them from entering the reverse osmosis unit and affecting the life of the reverse osmosis unit.

Reverse Osmosis             

Reverse osmosis is a membrane separation technology that uses pressure as a driving force by selecting the function of a permeable (semi-permeable) membrane. When the pressure applied in the system is greater than the osmotic pressure of the aqueous solution, water molecules continuously permeate the membrane. Impurities, such as ions, organics, bacteria, viruses, etc., that flow through the product water channel into the central tube and then out at one end are trapped at the inlet end of the membrane and then out at the outlet end of the concentrated water, thus achieving separation and purification. RO selected Dow aromatic polyamide membrane and supporting material of glass fiber reinforced plastic pressure vessels dedicated RO membrane element 30, sub-6 installed in pressure vessel, the installation water production quantity is 2.0m³ / h , water recovery rate is 70%, desalination rate is 97%.

EDI

EDI (Electro de-ionization) is a pure water manufacturing technology that combines ion exchange technology, ion exchange membrane technology and ion electromigration technology. It is a clever combination of electrodialysis and ion exchange technology, using the electrodes at both ends of the high pressure to make the charged ions in water move, and with ion exchange resin and selective resin membrane to accelerate the ion movement removal, so as to achieve the purpose of water purification.

UV Sterilizer

UV light is used to kill some bacteria that may pass through the reverse osmosis system. The disinfection tube is made of high quality stainless steel, which is corrosion resistant. It does not produce contamination when used and meets the sanitary requirements of the food industry. The tube has a built-in UV lamp and quartz glass tube, and the disinfection tube is an airtight container.

Pure Water Tank

The pure water tank adopts vertical structure. The tank body is made of stainless steel and can be polished inside and outside, which has the advantages of light weight, high strength, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance and easy cleaning. The purified water tank is equipped with accessories such as breather, cleaning ball, liquid level meter and temperature meter. Through the liquid level sensor, the liquid level of the purified water tank is controlled, while the actual liquid level is displayed on the control box. When the liquid level is high, the secondary reverse osmosis is automatically shut down; when the intermediate liquid level is high, the secondary reverse osmosis is automatically turned on; when the liquid level is low, the feed pump is automatically shut down.
