Pure Steam Generators
Pure steam generator is mainly used in the disinfection and sterilization of sanitary pipes, containers, appliances and sterile clothes in pharmaceutical, medical, biological, food and other industries. It is an important part of the production line of injections, blood products, biological agents and so on.
The main machine mainly consists of: non-condensable gas separation and emission device, evaporator, preheater, steam-water separator, casing heat exchanger, electrical automatic control parts. The structure of the whole machine is well-proportioned and beautiful, and the operation of the equipment is stable and reliable.
Features and advantages of ZFC series pure steam generator:
1.A separate non-condensable gas separation device is set up to continuously remove non-condensable vapor, and the non-condensable gas content of the produced pure steam is <3%.
2. The unique three-stage separation steam water separation device is adopted, the heat source endotoxin is completely separated, the heat source endotoxin is less than 0.0625eu/ml, and the dryness of pure steam is more than 95%.
3. The independent pure steam buffer vessel ensures the supply quantity and pressure of pure steam, and the superheat is less than 20 ℃.
4. Our ZFC series pure steam generator adopts rising film evaporation, with uniform water distribution and high heat exchange rate, and the amount of industrial steam is 85% of the national standard.
The parts and pipes in contact with the condenser of raw water, pure steam and pure steam are made of SS316L, and the working surface is pickled and passivated.
